'At This Time' by KAWS, The Hamilton Princess Hotel and Beach Club

We attended the 2017 Bermuda Tourism Summit which was held at the Hamilton Princess and Beach Club on November 18. The mandate of the conference was to “create, engage and convert” and the main focus was on the best way to use the Internet and social media for the promotion of tourism-related businesses and Bermuda as a whole.

In addition to delegates from organisations such as TripAdvisor, Miles Partnership, WestJet, and JetBlue, Google also sent several representatives who described the ways in which creating amazing content can help to improve a visitor’s experience both before and during their stay. Many businesses involved tourism in Bermuda are small- to mid-size and they are the ones who are most likely to benefit from the use of these tools.
